Adventure Boogies – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all ATV, buggy, and off-road adventure tours operated by Adventure Boogies in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. By booking or participating in our tours, guests agree to the following:
1. Participant Requirements
Drivers must be at least 18 years old and present a valid driver’s license if requested.
Passengers must meet the minimum age of 6 years old (may vary depending on tour type).
Participants must be in good physical condition and able to handle rough terrain and outdoor conditions.
Pregnant women and guests with back problems, heart conditions, neck injuries, recent surgeries, or mobility limitations are not permitted to participate for safety reasons.
2. Assumption of Risk
Off-road ATV and buggy tours involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Rough and uneven terrain
Mud, water crossings, and slippery surfaces
Weather changes
Dust, debris, and natural obstacles
By joining the tour, participants acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with the activity and agree that Adventure Boogies is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal tour conditions.
3. Safety Rules
For everyone’s safety, all participants must:
Attend the mandatory safety briefing before departure
Follow all instructions from tour guides at all times
Wear provided helmets and safety equipment when required
Maintain safe distances between vehicles
Drive at controlled speeds appropriate for terrain conditions
Never attempt dangerous maneuvers, racing, or reckless driving
Failure to follow safety rules may result in immediate removal from the tour without refund.
4. Alcohol & Drug Policy
Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to join the tour and will not receive a refund. For safety reasons, guides may deny participation if impairment is suspected.
5. Vehicle Responsibility
Drivers are responsible for operating vehicles safely.
Guests may be held liable for damages caused by reckless driving, misuse, or failure to follow instructions.
Adventure Boogies is not responsible for accidents resulting from negligent or unauthorized driving behavior.
6. Health & Medical Conditions
Guests must disclose any relevant medical conditions before the tour. Participation is at your own risk, and Adventure Boogies is not liable for medical complications arising during or after the activity.
7. Environmental Conditions
Tours operate in outdoor environments. Conditions may include:
Mud, rain, heat, insects, dust, and humidity
Natural terrain and rural landscapes
Tours will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe by management.
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their personal items. Adventure Boogies is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during the excursion.
9. Photography & Media Release
By participating, guests grant Adventure Boogies permission to use photos and videos taken during the tour for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the guest requests otherwise in writing before the tour.
10. Tour Modifications
Adventure Boogies reserves the right to:
Modify routes or stops due to weather or safety
Change vehicle types if necessary
Adjust schedules due to operational conditions
These changes are made to ensure guest safety and overall experience quality.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour are eligible for a full refund
Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable
No-shows or late arrivals are non-refundable
Tours may be rescheduled based on availability
12. Liability Waiver
All participants must sign a liability waiver before the tour. This waiver confirms that guests:
Understand the risks involved
Accept personal responsibility
Release Adventure Boogies, its staff, and affiliates from claims related to participation
13. Transportation (If Included)
If hotel transportation is included:
Pickup times are approximate
Guests must be ready at the designated location on time
Delays caused by guests may result in missed tours without refund
14. Force Majeure
Adventure Boogies is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond control, including:
Extreme weather
Government restrictions
Natural disasters
Road closures
15. Agreement to Terms
By booking or participating in the tour, guests confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
